What’s it like to attend our church?

Here are some FAQs you might have if you’re thinking about coming along to church.

Our in-person church services (we call them worship gatherings) go for about one hour. They include:

  • We’ll start by worshipping God together with singing. Don’t worry if you’ve never heard any of the songs before, the words will be on the screen so you can join in if you want to.
  • You can also use the time to reflect, pray, or just watch.
  • One of our team will then share a hope-filled message from the Bible for about 20 minutes.
  • We will also take time for Communion, where we remember Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross by eating a wafer and drinking a small cup of juice. This all happens from your seat (no need to come up to the front). Our team will hand around individually sealed communion cups and wafers.

If you have kids, they’re free to play and run around during worship, then join our creche or kids church.  We love to hear them making noise and having fun at church - don’t worry about keeping them glued to their seat.

Of course! Wherever you’re at in your journey with Jesus, faith and church, you’re welcome to come along. If you have any questions about faith that you’d like to explore, we’d love to chat with you - come and say hello after the service or get in touch here.
