This past Sunday, we delved into the richness of cultivating a thriving spiritual life, and I'd like to share some reflections and key takeaways from our time together:
Abiding in Christ: We currently have a passionfruit vine that is pumping out big passionfruits, however once the break off the vine, they quickly shrivel. Just as a passionfruit flourishes when it remains connected to its source, the vine, so must we stay rooted in Jesus to bear fruit that glorifies God
John 15:4-8 NKJV
Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. 5 “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. 6 If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. 8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
Invitation to Discipleship: Embracing the gentle invitation from Matthew 11, we are called to find rest in Jesus, to learn His ways, adopting unforced rhythms of grace in our daily walk with Him.
Matthew 11:28-30 NIV
“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

- Daily surrender to God's will
- Consistent and heartfelt prayer
- Regular gathering with fellow believers
- Generous giving as a reflection of the grace we've received
- Immersion in Scripture for guidance and spiritual prosperity
